Terms of office of members of the advisory committee

24. Terms of office of members of the advisory committee



(1) Each member of the advisory committee holds office for the term and on the
conditions determined by the Authority, after consultation with the
emergency services and other related services organisation that nominated the
member for appointment (where the case so requires), and being the terms and
conditions that are specified in the member's instrument of appointment.

(2) The Authority, on the recommendation of the
emergency services and other related services organisation that nominated a
member of the advisory committee for appointment (where the case so requires),
may, at any time, remove the member from office.
