Improper use of information
18. Improper use of information
A person who is, or has been, a member of the Authority must not make improper
use of any information, acquired in the course of his or her duties, to obtain
directly or indirectly any pecuniary or other advantage for himself or herself
or for any other person. Penalty: 5 penalty units.
