Procedure of the Authority

14. Procedure of the Authority



(1) The chairperson of the Authority, or in his or her absence a member
elected by the members present, must preside at a meeting of the Authority.

(2) A majority of members of the Authority for the time being constitutes a
quorum of the Authority.

(3) A question arising at a meeting of the Authority must be determined by a
majority of votes of the members present at the meeting and voting on that
question and, if the voting is equal, the person presiding has a casting, as
well as a deliberative, vote.

(4) Except as otherwise provided in this Division or in the regulations, the
procedure of the Authority is in the discretion of the Authority.
