Terms and conditions of appointment

10. Terms and conditions of appointment



(1) A member holds office for the period, not exceeding 3 years that is
specified in the instrument of his or her appointment and is eligible for
re-appointment.

(2) A member is entitled to be paid the remuneration and travelling and other
expenses that are determined by the Governor in Council.
