3A. Declaration of eligible salary sacrifice contributors

The Minister may by notice published in the Government Gazette declare-

   (a)  a contributor to be an eligible salary sacrifice contributor from the
        date specified in the notice; or

   (b)  a class of contributors to be eligible salary sacrifice contributors
        from the date specified in the notice.
