Transfer of assets and liabilities of Police Pensions Fund and Police Superannuation Fund

22A. Transfer of assets and liabilities of Police Pensions Fund and Police
Superannuation Fund





(1) The assets and liabilities of the Police Pensions Fund and the assets and
liabilities of the Police Superannuation Fund under the
Police Regulation Act 1958 are by virtue of this section transferred to the
Scheme and form part of the Scheme.

(2) No stamp duty or other tax is chargeable under any Act in respect of
anything done under this section.

(3) The transfer effected by this section does not affect the benefits and
rights conferred on any person by or under Part III of the
Police Regulation Act 1958.
