Transfer to or from new scheme

21N. Transfer to or from new scheme







(1) The Board may, with the consent of a member or beneficiary, transfer the
member or beneficiary within the superannuation system.

(2) The Board must determine the assets that are to be rolled over or
transferred from the new scheme and the terms and conditions that are to apply
to the transfer as a result of a transfer of a member or beneficiary under
subsection (1).

(3) The Board may accept on such terms and conditions as the Board determines
the transfer to the new scheme of a member or other beneficiary from within
the superannuation system.
