Minimum Requisite Benefit

20S. Minimum Requisite Benefit

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Part, any benefit payable to or in
respect of a contributor must not be less than the Minimum Requisite Benefit
specified by the actuary in the Benefit Certificate related to the Scheme and
provided by the actuary from time to time for the purposes of satisfying the
requirements of the Commonwealth Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act
1992 and any regulations thereto. _______________
