Payment of benefits in case of multiple claimants

20P. Payment of benefits in case of multiple claimants

If-

   (a)  a contributor or former contributor dies; and

   (b)  the Board is required to pay an amount to dependants or nominees; and

   (c)  there is more than one dependant or nominee-

the Board may in its absolute discretion determine what proportion (if any) of
the amount each dependant or nominee is to receive.
