Delegation

14. Delegation

The Board may, by an instrument of delegation under its common seal, delegate
to the President, a member of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer or a
person employed under section 13A or to which section 13A(3)(b) applies or to
any other person or corporation-

   (a)  any function, power or duty of the Board under a Superannuation Act or
        any other Act or under a governing instrument, other than this power
        of delegation; or



   (b)  any power or duty of the Board under the
        Borrowing and Investment Powers Act 1987.
