Committees of the Board

12C. Committees of the Board



(1) The Board may establish one or more committees of members of the Board.

(2) The Board may by instrument of delegation delegate any of its functions or
powers, other than this power of delegation, to a member of a committee.

(3) A committee is to have an equal number of members appointed (non-elected)
under section 7(1) and of members elected under sections 7(1)(a), 7(1)(b),
7(1)(c) and 7(1)(d).

(4) A quorum of a committee is constituted by not less than two-thirds of the
total number of members of the committee in office for the time being.

(5) Sections 12, 12A and 12D apply with such modifications as are necessary in
respect of a committee.
