Improper use of information

12B. Improper use of information

A person who is, or has been, a member of the Board, the Chief Executive
Officer or a person employed under section 13A or to which section 13A(3)(b)
applies, or member of the staff of the Board must not make improper use of any
information acquired only in the course of his or her duties to obtain
directly or indirectly any pecuniary or other advantage for himself or herself
or for any other person. Penalty: 50 penalty units.
