Regulator-General

69. Regulator-General

Subject to this Act, the person who immediately before the commencement of
this Act holds the office of the Regulator-General is to be taken to have been
appointed as the Chairperson of the Commission until-

   (a)  the end of the period when his or her term of appointment as the
        Regulator-General would have expired; or

   (b)  if the Governor in Council extends the period under this section, the
        end of the period as so extended.
