Review

66. Review



(1) The Minister must ensure that a further review of this Act is completed by
31 December 2016.



(2) The purpose of the review is to determine-

   (a)  whether the objectives of this Act and the Commission are being
        achieved and are still appropriate; and

   (b)  whether the Act is effective or needs to be amended so as to further
        facilitate the objectives or to insert new objectives.

(3) The Minister must cause a copy of the review and a statement of the
response of the Government to the review to be laid before each House of the
Parliament within 7 sitting days of that House after the expiry of the period
specified in subsection (1).
