Proceedings

62. Proceedings



(1) No proceedings may be brought in respect of a determination or a
provisional order or final order other than on the grounds that-

   (a)  there was no power to make the determination or provisional order or
        final order; or

   (b)  that the procedural requirements in relation to the making of the
        determination or provisional order or final order have not been
        complied with.



(2) The Commission is entitled to perform the role of a contradictor in any
proceedings brought on the grounds specified in subsection (1) if the
Commission gives notice to all the other parties in the proceedings that it
intends to do so.
