Special reports

46. Special reports



(1) If in the course of an inquiry the Commission considers that there is
another matter on which the Commission should report to the Minister, the
Commission may do so, in the final report or in a special report.

(2) If the Commission prepares a special report, subsections (5), (6) and (7)
of section 45 apply to the special report as if it were a final report.
