Minister may limit use of powers under section 37

41A. Minister may limit use of powers under section 37

If any inquiry is to be conducted into a matter that does not relate to a
regulated industry, the Minister may give the Commission specific directions
in respect of the conduct of the inquiry which limit the use of the powers
conferred on the Commission under section 37 in the manner specified in the
specific directions.
