Determinations of the Commission

30. Determinations of the Commission



(1) A determination of the Commission must be made at a meeting constituted as
required by section 28.

(2) The quorum for a meeting of the Commission at which a determination is to
be made in respect of which section 29(2) applies must include the
Commissioner or Commissioners appointed for the purposes of the particular
inquiry or determination.
