Delegation

26. Delegation

The Commission may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate to-

   (a)  a Commissioner; or

   (b)  a person referred to in section 24; or

   (c)  a member of a Division, committee or panel appointed or designated by
        the Commission-

any function or power of the Commission under this Act or the regulations or
under any other relevant legislation or any other Act other than this power of
delegation or the powers of the Commission under section 33 or 53.
