Membership of the Commission

17. Membership of the Commission

The Commission consists of-

   (a)  one Commissioner appointed as the Chairperson; and

   (b)  such number of full-time and part-time additional Commissioners as the
        Minister considers necessary to enable the Commission to perform its
        functions.
