Powers of the Commission

11. Powers of the Commission



(1) Subject to this Act, the Commission has power to do all things necessary
or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its
functions and to enable it to achieve its objectives under this Act and under
relevant legislation.

(2) Without derogating from subsection (1), the Commission also has such
powers as may be conferred on the Commission by the relevant legislation under
which a regulated industry operates.
