Commission's functions in relation to renewable energySections 8, 14, 15, 16, 29 and 30 and Parts 3, 4, 4A, 4B, 4C, 5, 6, 7, 7B and 7C (other than sections 60 and 64) do not apply to the functions of the Commission referred to in section 10(j).
