94. Railway operator-duty in relation to stray electrical current leakage

A person who is the operator of a railway must ensure that that railway is
designed, installed, operated and maintained in such a manner as to minimise
the risks to safety of any person and the risks of damage to property arising
from the leakage of stray electrical currents from that railway. Penalty: In
the case of a natural person, 200 penalty units; In the case of a body
corporate, 1000 penalty units.
