Functions of the Committee

88. Functions of the Committee

The Electric Line Clearance Consultative Committee must-

   (a)  provide advice to Energy Safe Victoria with regard to the preparation
        and maintenance of the Code;



   (b)  provide advice on any matter relating to the clearance of electric
        lines when requested so to do by Energy Safe Victoria or the Minister;





   (c)  report before 30 September in each year to the Minister on the
        performance of its functions.
