ELECTRICITY SAFETY ACT 1998 - SECT 83BD
Additional information(1) Energy Safe Victoria may require a specified operator to provide any additional information that Energy Safe Victoria thinks fit in relation to a bushfire mitigation plan submitted by the operator under section 83BA.
(2) Energy Safe Victoria is not required to proceed with the consideration of a bushfire mitigation plan under this Subdivision until the additional information is provided.
