Urban area

79. Urban area

The Minister, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may specify an
area as an urban area for the purposes of this Part, if the Minister has
obtained the agreement of-

   (a)  the fire control authority; and

   (b)  any person responsible for the management of public land in the area.
