Protection of underground electric lines
78. Protection of underground electric lines
A person must not make any opening in the ground above an underground electric
line so as to endanger the electric line unless authorised to do so by the
person who controls that electric line. Penalty: In the case of a natural
person, 20 penalty units; In the case of a body corporate, 100 penalty units.
