Offence to disobey prohibition

64. Offence to disobey prohibition

A person must not, while a prohibition under section 63 remains in force, do
anything prohibited by that prohibition. Penalty: In the case of a natural
person, 200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both; In the case of a
body corporate, 1000 penalty units.
