Withdrawal of approval

62. Withdrawal of approval



(1) Energy Safe Victoria may, by notice in writing given to the person to whom
the approval was given, at any time withdraw any approval given under this
Part.

(2) Energy Safe Victoria must state the reasons for the withdrawal of
approval.



(3) Energy Safe Victoria must publish a notice of the withdrawal of an
approval in the Government Gazette and in a newspaper circulating generally in
the State.
