ELECTRICITY SAFETY ACT 1998 - SECT 60
Variation of certificate of suitability(1) The holder of a certificate of suitability issued by Energy Safe Victoria may apply to Energy Safe Victoria to vary the certificate.
(2) Energy Safe Victoria may vary a certificate of suitability it has issued—
(a) on the application of the holder of the certificate of suitability under subsection (1); or
(b) of its own motion.
