Modifications after approval

60. Modifications after approval



(1) Energy Safe Victoria may, by notice given to a person, require
modifications to be made to prescribed electrical equipment that has been
approved under this Part and approve the equipment subject to those
modifications being made.

(2) A person to whom a notice is given under subsection (1) must not supply or
offer to supply the prescribed electrical equipment unless it is modified in
accordance with the requirement.

Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units; In the case of a
body corporate, 200 penalty units.
