Certification of compliance of electrical equipment

55. Certification of compliance of electrical equipment

Energy Safe Victoria, on the application of any person and on payment of the
prescribed fee-

   (a)  may determine whether, in its opinion, electrical equipment complies
        with the minimum standards prescribed for equipment of that class; and



   (b)  if it determines that the equipment does so comply, may issue a
        certificate to this effect.
