Procedure of Committee

53. Procedure of Committee



(1) The chairperson may at any time convene a meeting of the Committee.

(2) The chairperson, or in his or her absence, a member appointed by the
members present at a meeting, shall preside at the meeting.

(3) A majority of the members of the Committee constitutes a quorum of the
Committee.

(4) A question arising at a meeting of the Committee shall be determined by a
majority of votes of members present and, if voting is equal, the person
presiding has a casting, as well as a deliberative, vote.

(5) Subject to this Part, the procedure of the Committee is in its discretion.
