Terms and conditions of appointment of members

52. Terms and conditions of appointment of members



(1) A member of the Committee is appointed for such term, not exceeding 3
years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for
re-appointment.

(2) A member of the Committee holds office, subject to this Part, on such
terms and conditions as are specified in the instrument of appointment.

(3) A member may resign by writing delivered to the Minister.

(4) The Minister may remove a member of the Committee from office.
