Electricity Safety Act 1998 - SECT 49

49. Transitional
An Order made under the Electric Light and Power Act 1958 or a corresponding
previous enactment relating to the installation of an electric line beyond the
limits of any private premises and in force immediately before the
commencement of this section has effect, unless revoked under this Division,
as an exemption given under this Division. _______________
