39. Apprentices deemed to be licensed

An apprentice within the meaning of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006
in a trade that involves carrying out electrical work is, during the period of
the apprenticeship, deemed to be licensed as an electrical worker to carry out
electrical work under supervision as prescribed.
