ELECTRICITY SAFETY ACT 1998 - SECT 145
Notices may include directions(1) An enforcement officer may include in an improvement notice directions as to the measures to be taken to remedy any contravention or likely contravention, to which the notice relates.
(2) A direction under subsection (1) may offer the person to whom it is issued a choice of ways in which to remedy the contravention or likely contravention.
