ELECTRICITY SAFETY ACT 1998 - SECT 137
Protection against self-incriminationA natural person may refuse or fail to give information, produce a document or do any other thing that the person is required to do by or under this Part if the giving of the information, the production of the document or the doing of that other thing would tend to incriminate the person.
