Compliance with scheme and annual fees

114. Compliance with scheme and annual fees



(1) A scheme operator must comply with an accepted electricity management
scheme applying to that scheme operator.

Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 200 penalty units; In the case of a
body corporate, 1000 penalty units.

(2) The scheme operator of an accepted electricity management scheme applying
to that scheme operator must pay the relevant prescribed annual administration
fee in accordance with the regulations.
