109. Additional information



(1) Energy Safe Victoria may require a scheme operator to provide any
additional information that Energy Safe Victoria thinks fit in relation to a
scheme submitted by the scheme operator under this Division.

(2) Energy Safe Victoria is not required to proceed with the consideration of
a scheme until the additional information is provided.
