Duty of site managers

9A. Duty of site managers

A site manager must appoint a person to act as the site manager for the
purposes of this Act during any period that the site manager is absent from
the site. Note This section re-enacts section 14(3) of the Act as it was
before the commencement of section 27 of the Dangerous Goods and Equipment
(Public Safety) Acts (Amendment) Act 2005.
