43. Continuation of the Equipment (Public Safety) (General) Regulations 1995

Despite section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, the Equipment
(Public Safety) (General) Regulations 1995 continue until the earlier of-

   (a)  when they are revoked; or

   (b)  1 July 2007.
