Continuation of improvement notices, prohibition notices and certain directions

41. Continuation of improvement notices, prohibition notices and certain
directions



(1) An improvement notice issued under section 22, or a prohibition notice
issued under section 23, that was in force immediately before 1 July 2005 is,
on and after that date, deemed to be an improvement notice or prohibition
notice (as the case may be) issued under Part 3 (as inserted by the amending
Act), and may be varied or cancelled accordingly.

(2) A direction issued by an inspector under section 24 that has effect
immediately before 1 July 2005 continues, on and after that date, to have that
effect subject to any limitations or conditions that applied immediately
before that date.
