Orders with respect to prescribed equipment

37. Orders with respect to prescribed equipment



(1) The Governor in Council may by Order published in the Government Gazette
prohibit absolutely or subject to conditions or restrictions the manufacture,
supply or use of any prescribed equipment when in the opinion of the Governor
in Council it is expedient for the public safety to make the Order.

(2) A person who contravenes an Order made under subsection (1) is guilty of
an offence.
