Limitation period for prosecutions

28B. Limitation period for prosecutions

Proceedings for an indictable offence against this Act may be brought-

   (a)  within 2 years after the offence is committed or the Authority becomes
        aware the offence was committed; or

   (b)  at any time with the written authorisation of the Director of Public
        Prosecutions.
