People who must assist inspector

21. People who must assist inspector

The following persons must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to
provide such assistance as an inspector may reasonably require for the
performance of his or her functions, or the exercise of his or her powers,
under this Act or the regulations-

   (a)  in relation to an equipment site, the site manager;

   (b)  in relation to any other place, the person who has the management or
        control of the place for the time being;

   (c)  in relation to prescribed equipment, the proprietor of the equipment
        and the person who is in charge of the equipment.

Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person; 300 penalty units for a body
corporate.
