Injunctions for non-compliance with notices

19H. Injunctions for non-compliance with notices



(1) The Authority may apply to the Supreme Court for an injunction-

   (a)  to compel a person to comply with a non-disturbance notice,
        improvement notice or prohibition notice; or

   (b)  to restrain a person from contravening such a notice.

(2) The Authority may do so whether or not proceedings have been instituted
for an offence against this Act or the regulations in connection with any
matter in respect of which the notice was issued.
