Copy of warrant to be given to person in control of place to be searched

16B. Copy of warrant to be given to person in control of place to be searched

If a person who has the management or control, or apparent management or
control, of the place for the time being is present at a place when a search
warrant is being executed, the inspector must-

   (a)  identify himself or herself to that person by producing his or her
        identity card for inspection; and

   (b)  give that person a copy of the execution copy of the warrant.
