15. Announcement on entry



(1) Immediately on entering a place under Division 3, an inspector must take
all reasonable steps to notify the site manager of the place of the entry, and
to produce his or her identity card for inspection by the site manager.

(2) However, an inspector is not required to notify, or produce his or her
identity card for inspection by, the site manager if-

   (a)  to do so would defeat the purpose for which the place was entered, or
        would cause unreasonable delay; or

   (b)  the site manager is already aware that the inspector has entered the
        place or was notified in advance of when the inspector would enter.
