Power to enter

14. Power to enter



(1) An inspector may enter a place that the inspector reasonably believes is
an equipment site at any reasonable time (whether it is day or night).

Notes 1. Place is defined in section 3 as including a car, truck, ship, boat,
airplane and any other vehicle. 2. The powers conferred by this section are
limited in respect of a part of a place that is used only for residential
purposes (see section 17).

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), it is a reasonable time to enter a place
at any time that the inspector reasonably believes that there is an immediate
risk to the health or safety of a person at the place.
