Inspectors subject to Authority's directions

13. Inspectors subject to Authority's directions



(1) An inspector is subject to the Authority's directions in the performance
of his or her functions or in the exercise of his or her powers under this Act
and the regulations.

(2) A direction under subsection (1) may be of a general nature or may relate
to a specified matter or to a specified class of matter.
